Through biometrics enrolment the entity also undertakes mandatory identity management services. In 2017, as a progressive enhancement of its infrastructure to better service applicants, VFS TasHeel established Outreach Centers in key demographic areas to offer biometric enrolment services exclusive to Hajj & Umrah applicants.
