Brunch & Cake is a beautiful restaurant that has come out from Barcelona, located in the newly developed wasl 51.

All our bakery and pastry doughs are handmade every day without refined sugar and stone-ground flour. Here it is only sweetened with banana, date or applesauce. It's that simple.

All our tarts, muffins, biscuit cupcakes are 100% vegan without adding sugars or syrups.

Did you know that 90% of the aÃ§aÃ that is sold has sugar and / or glucose? Not to mention the vegetable milks ... Ours is 100% pure and organic, as well as our vegetable drinks and butters.
