German and Italian-designed furnishings offer a modern minimal interior vibe, which perfectly complements the more traditional Arabic architecture of the Sharjah Art Foundation. The brainchild of Sheikha Hoor Al-Qasimi (also the President and Director of The Sharjah Art Foundation), this dreamy little spot offers a bounty of fusion dishes. The word ‘Fen’ means ‘art’ or ‘art of…’ and the plates here are as pretty as a picture.
In terms of food, the menu at Fen Cafe and Restaurant features a carefully thought out selection of Asian and Japanese-inspired dishes, international cuisine, pastas, burgers, salads, sandwiches and heartier main courses. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and there are lots of gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free options, and even some sugar-free desserts.
