Review about The Artisan By Enoteca Pinchiorri from Lukianchuk Viktoriia
The food here is exclusive and delicious 😋 . Very well presented, and beautifully made. The restaurant ambiance is quaint, and comfortable even in day light, although I can imagine the evening would suit better. For brunch, it took 30 minutes before our table had managed to order and receive our first round of drinks. The speed did improve as the brunch went on, and the waiting staff were pleasant and well meaning.

The restaurant only sources from the finest suppliers, with Parmigiano Reggiano from Emilia Romagna, Olive Oil from the idyllic Toscana, Tartufo from Piemonte and Parmigiano from the dramatic Emilia Romagna.
Having previously worked at the three-time Michelin star winning Florentine restaurant, Enoteca Pinchiorri, Chef Luca knows a thing or two about the science and art of gastronomy. He presents not just Italian food, but an Italian experience; nestled in the hearty embrace of Italian hospitality. His first foray into the Dubai food scene culminated in Time Out Dubaiâs Best Italian Restaurant award. This time, his ingredients-driven menu begins with a selection of antipasti and salads.
With a commitment to craftsmanship, the kitchen also makes all its pasta fresh. For a truly soul-stirring experience, pizzas are fermented for 72 hours, and dressed in a smattering of delectable ingredients to perfection.
