In May 1999, we at, Zaatar w Zeit, took our love for the manousheh to a whole new level, opening our first branch in Sodeco, Beirut, to offer a new spin on this Lebanese favorite to manousheh lovers all over Lebanon, in a comfortable and cozy environment, with friendly service and a smile. Today, ZWZ is the number one destination when you get that all-too-familiar grumbling in your belly! We made the staple of Lebanese cuisine a hero by upgrading it and modernizing it for a new generation. Our ambition is to simultaneously modernize, and upgrade our offer - adding convenience, opening up the menu, and creating a space for customers to experience our warmth and hospitality but in a less formal environment.
