Description:

Japanese restaurant

Playfully innovative, Ramusake chooses to tear up the rulebook of traditional Japanese dining; reworking Japanese classics with a modern, innovative twist. Located at the Hilton DoubleTree in Jumeirah Beach Residence. Ramusake offers an interpretation of the art of Japanese cuisine through originality and flavour. The multi-faceted venue draws its design inspirations from 1920’s “Show Era” Tokyo combined with a ’Blade Runner-esque’ futuristic twist. Diners are able to sit back, relax and enjoy an array of creative dishes to a background of signature design accents including a separate Sake Bar & Lounge and Main Dining area featuring a theatrical ‘Robata’ counter to delight guests.
