Wonderful beach club of the St. Regis Hotel: there are two swimming pools with sea water + a children's pool with slides for children up to 7 years old. Around the pools there are lifeguards

Description:

The Nation Riviera Beach Club is the exclusive beachfront retreat adjoining the five-star The St. Regis Abu Dhabi with a fabulous view of the Corniche Breakwater and the turquoise bay it flanks.

Open to hotel guests, members and day guests, the Club is reached via a fully air-conditioned walkway/tunnel which runs from the hotel’s third floor and underneath the Corniche and which speaks volumes to the attention to guest detail which lies ahead.

Guests step out into a health and recreation services which edge a 200-metre stretch of glorious, white sandy, private beach. Twelve cabanas and sun loungers overlook the temperature-controlled swimming pool complete with a swim-up bar, an open-air Jacuzzi and the ‘Pirate Ship’ Treasure Island kids’ club with supervised outdoor and indoor facilities. Nanny services are available on request.

There’s a spacious, and naturally-lit exercise room – complete with enviable Corniche-front views – with the very latest Technogym equipment, dry sauna and steam rooms.

Beach activities include volleyball, football and rugby while kids can join in tug-of-war, table tennis, Frisbee and Boccia ball. Other recreational/social pursuits include a three-kilometre Corniche run, a one-kilometre sea swim, boot camps, functional training, CrossFit, combat and indoor or beach circuit training.

At the Club’s watersports centre, guests can kayak, sail, paddle board or head out to sea for a spot of fishing. The centre also organises speed boat and CraigCat electric catamaran cruises and other action-packed activities including wake boarding, water skiing and knee boarding.

The Club’s Cabana Bar and Grill with its picturesque terrace overlooking the beach has an expansive, all-day menu featuring fresh seafood, Peruvian and Mexican style ceviche, signature Angus burgers, crisp salads, tempting desserts and refreshing drinks.

The Club also has event lawns suitable for a range of celebrations and functions including weddings. Two restaurants – the Asia De Cuba and Catch, a Lebanese seafood outlet – are open at the club’s entrance.
